DH had a commercial washing machine when we met. He bought it second hand and had it for about 20 years. It worked great until the day it didn't.....8 years ago. Thing was a beast.

Mouth hurts - had a small skin cancer cut out at the edge of my lip yesterday. Now I look like I went a round with some bully. Better out than in, but does not feel like it right now.

A fireman was working on the engine outside the station when he noticed a little girl nearby in a red wagon. It had tiny ladders on the sides and a garden hose coiled in the middle. The girl was even wearing a fireman’s helmet!
The wagon was being pulled by her dog and her cat. The fireman smiled and said, “That sure is a nice fire engine.”
“Thanks,” said the little girl.
But when he looked closer, he noticed the wagon was tied to the dog’s collar — and to the cat’s testicles.
The fireman gently said, “Little partner, if you tie that rope around your cat’s collar instead, you might go faster.”
The little girl thought for a moment and replied, “You’re probably right… but then I wouldn’t have a siren!”
