Is this one a rooster or a hen?

My Chicks are 9 weeks old, the black one has red waddles & a bigger red comb? Do you think it's a rooster? Or is this just his breed? I'll try to get a closer up picture. Thank you for your help

Yes actually yesterday they were 9 weeks, I'll try to get better pictures today. The other 2 have hardly any comb & no waffles?

I'm not sure if these r any better? A week older now but u can see the white one is so different & they r the same age?
