Is this Phoenix a boy or girl? Lots of Pictures

We picked up our chicks and the man gave my daughter a chick he called a Phoenix, but said it could be a boy or girl.
We can only keep hens. The chicks are now 13 days old, and we tried to compare photos of vent and feather sexing, realizing it's complicated

This chick is noisy!

Our hope is that someone familiar with Phoenix can give us their best opinion of whether it's a boy or girl, so we can re-home before the kids get too attached.
We didn't hurt the little one getting the vent picture- promise!

I'll cross my fingers on a Silver colored female! I make no promises at that age though.

the best thing to do is wait till its at least 6 weeks old but heres hoping for a pullet

I think you have a roo because of the long neck, body language and, comb development. He will be gorgeous and somebody will want him. I have four roosters, all different breeds, and I actually like them better than hens

It's a bit early to tell, wait a bit and keep us posted. If I had to guess, I'd say cockerel.
