Silver Pied carries 1 White Eye gene, 1 Pied gene, and 2 White genes.

.... or 1 gene White ( W ) .... one gene Pied ( P ) and two genes White eyes who are not the sames ( Wesp and We ).

Two genes White it will be totaly White !

He's a pied, parents must have been splits. One probably split pied the other split white. He does not appear to have the white coverage needed to be called a silver pied though.
