Is this plausible?

I am trying to figure out how to move my 4x8 coop to a new area over somewhat rough terrain. I don't have enough people to lift it, so I thought I would put it on wheels so 3 or 4 people could move it. On the horizon structures website there are pictures of coops with caster wheels. I'm planning to put 4 10" pneumatic swivel caster wheels on the bottom of the coop so we can push it across the lawn. Will this work?

I would use only two that swivel, and the other two fixed, just like a car, otherwise it's going to tend to go everywhere...
