You are mentioning Coryza. Coryza is a respiratory disease.
You don't mention any of these symptoms and I don't see an indication of these symptoms in your photos:

He has no other symptoms but I was hoping that whatever it is I caught it early, my wife is very paranoid about the chickens health

I agree with @Wyorp Rock . Probably pecked in the eye or perhaps genetic.
If it were Coryza or any other respiratory disease, you'd know it, other birds would be showing symptoms as well.

It looks like an old injury, or he could have been born like that, but I would have thought that you would have noticed the eye earlier. Do you have other roosters or cockerels who could have pecked him.

I have 2 other roosters, he definitely wasn’t born like this I had him for a year and a half since he was a chick and his eye just got like this
