I got this rooster off of craigslist from a small flock owner nearby. He is supposed to be a barred rock, but his comb is more Pea -like than the traditional single comb. He did have some frostbite on his comb when I got him, but nothing too horrible. Would frostbite alter a single comb this much? He also has white/pink legs (not yellow). He has a white tail feather. I think he is pretty young. His spurs are less than an inch long.
I am curious, because I have a hen who just hatched out 4 chicks last week from him and I am wondering what colors to expect. I think I have chicks from one of my RIR hens, a black cochin, a jersy black giant hen, and maybe one from my blue andalusian. I will post picks of the chicks too.

the offspring....possible mama's include: RIR, jersey black giant, cochin (see black one with feathered legs - yellow belly), red sex link, blue andalusian.

I thought Dominiques had yellow legs too? I realize he could be a mixed breed and that's most likely. Here's a zoomed in pic of his head

You see combs like that quite often on EE roosters because they'll breed a pea-combed EE with a Leghorn to boost egg production. I'm pretty sure he's a barnyard mix.
