Is this really a Wyanndotte?

I got some eggs at our fair, and I only had 1 hatch. I was told it was a Wyandotte. Is it, and any clues to gender?

I have more pics, but they look kinda dark so I didn' post them.

I can't really tell by the pictures...does it have a rose comb? If it does there's a chance it's at least part Wyandotte. Wyandottes should have a rose comb and yellow legs.

Doesn't look like a wyandotte to me.

The legs look kinda greenish and the chick looks alot like my EE's did.

Possibly Golden Laced Wyandotte cockerel? Then again...it could be a Sebright cockerel...but I can't tell from the photos as to the breed.
