Is this rooster an Easter Egger?

I know this is a rooster but is this an Easter Egger? He has green legs/feet and a beard but he has a rose comb. I've been told that Easter Eggers have pea combs so I'm a bit confused over his breeding.

The thing with EE is that there are no "rules" about combs, etc because they are mixed breed birds and can come from a wide variety of parent stock leading to all sorts of characteristics. Pea combs are very common in them, but other comb types can and do occur

This is great news! I have EE hens but they have the pea comb plus what I was told by someone else really had me confused. Thank you!

It does look like the pea comb in this picture but it's tall like the rose comb. I will have to look closer at him tomorrow.

Definitely an Easter Egger rooster. The greenish legs are a dead giveaway. As Ol Grey Mare explained, because EEs are hybrids, not all of them have pea combs.

I have a rooster that is identical to yours. I did not know what he was, I got him with my barred rocks and easter eggers. I have major issues with mine, I was letting him free range but he attacked my son and is very aggressive. How is the temper on yours?
