Thanks! I wonder what mix they are, since the consensus is that they are not PBR as advertised at Tractor Supply Co. They were also selling Wyandottes and white leghorns from Cackle at the time, and that's about it.

They could be one of those mixes that lay fun colored eggs.
I'll check what Cackle has

I was just looking at the same breed. The barring certainly looks closer to these. The white head is still an oddity though. I don't mind anyway - they aren't show birds, just my pest control pals who follow me while I garden

..along with her white lobes...hence me saying "slightly like...not quite".
She doesn't quite look like anything cackle has listed.
Maybe a fence jumper mix.
