From the photo, it looks like a good deterrent for cats, though. Cats avoid anything destabilizing like they avoid water. If they don't have a stable footing, they'll be leery of it. So, for cats at least, having a slack, flexible top-fencing can be a good thing.What kind of predators do you have in your area? If you have any climbing predators, they will rip through that overhead netting like tissue paper
