Is this safe to eat?

This was inside one of my young pullets eggs. I don’t know what it is. It was all coiled up it does not appear to be moving. It was also not attached to the white of the egg. Is it possible? This is just part of the membrane?

Thanks. I thought of that (though I didn’t know the name) but it was not connected. She is a newly laying pullet, could that be why?

Wish the pic was in better focus.
Hopefully her egg are unique enough to keep an eye on them.
Not really. But the white was quite runny in this one. It was one of her first eggs.
