Is this shock?

When was the last time he's had access to grit? Have you been feeding him grit throughout this time you've been hand feeding him?
No I haven't
Handfeeding itself was pretty hard so didn't provide grit

That's probably the reason for the rooster's crop issues. Grit is a necessary part of a chicken's diet. Every single day, even when sick. Without grit, a chicken is unable to properly digest their food. This results in undigested food blocking the gizzard and the entire digestive tract all the way up to and including the crop. Without grit, over time a chicken will die.

I am sorry about that.

Another thing I want to ask is should I feed it anything??
How long can it go without food ?

Yes. Feed the chicken or it will die. There is no good reason not to feed a chicken, especially a sick chicken.
What types would be better
Any recommendations??
I started giving it boiled yolk

Have you given your chicken grit yet? Is the chicken eating on its own? Is it able to drink water?

Grit first! Then egg or regular feed. Lots of fresh water.
Offered grit doesn't want to eat. Don't know how should I feed it .
Doesn't eat on its own

Can Drink. Giving it garlic water , should I stop ? Also offered a little yogurt which he liked.
