Is this Silkie Bantam Chick 12 weeks a roo?

I was sold this chick 3 days ago as a pullet. But upon research I noticed he has streamers and a single comb that is pretty big! It's a roo right?

Silkies are very hard to sex until they either start crowing or laying.. I'm going to say pullet for now... It also looks like your Silkie could be a mix or very bad hatchery quality for they're not supposed to have single combs but instead combs that look like walnuts.

Sorry for the bad quality of these but hopefully it helps sex he/she. They had said it's a pullet, so maybe I was just panicking when I saw the single comb but there are very little waddles.
