Rats...I know this will be a pain, but can you now isolate the one hen who got in with the sick ones away by herself?
Reason being is she may never catch anything and I wouldn't recommend treating her with antibiotics UNLESS she starts showing symptoms, but don't put her back in with the others IN CASE she caught something. Clear as mud?

Well, actually, it's six of one-half a dozen of the other.
No need in caging her in the coop-may as well just put her back in. I really would do that before locking her in close quarters with sick birds.
Watch her VERY closely and if she shows any symptoms, pull her out of the coop and put her in with the sick ones.
