Is this snuffles?

Several weeks ago, I noticed that one of my does had a runny eye. Just one eye, but it was running. I watched her, and she seemed alright.
She kindled and now she has a 5-week-old litter.
A few weeks ago she started sneezing. Not a lot, though. My mom didn't notice anything until just the other day, even though I was telling her about it.
One of my other does has been exposed to her recently.

I think the runny eye has stopped within the last week or so.
No nasal discharge that I can see.
The upper lip is wet, but it's hot here and the rabbits always seem to do that when they're overheated.
The bunnies are sneezing a little now, too.
No crusty paws.
They're eating and drinking well.
The bunnies are as playful as they can be expected to be in the heat.
Their droppings look normal.

I was just wondering... is this snuffles? I've been researching and researching, and it all seems to say that snuffles cases will have runny noses. Ours don't. I'm worried because the bunnies are getting close to the time we'd like to sell them, and I really don't want to sell a sick rabbit. Really, I don't. I still don't want to spend a ton of money on vet bills.
Is this snuffles?
Can I treat it myself?

I was having sneezing and runny eyes with my rabbits. Put 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinager and its all cleared up in just 24 hours! I'll hear a sneeze here n there but nothing compared to what we were dealing with!

Ugh, I hate situations like these.

Until you figure out what it is, immediately quarantine all the rabbits with questionable symptoms.
Sometimes it takes months for full blown snuffles to develop. It usually comes on with a symptom here and there.
I would try boosting your rabbit's immunities. ACV is a good tool. Another good one is VetRx, it's all natural and helps cure colds. Also, it's cheap and goes a long way. You can use it regularly to keep your rabbits from getting sick in the first place, that's what I love about it.
I've read that once a rabbit has snuffles, it will never go away. The rabbit will always test positive for the illness, but you can manage it so that they show little to no symptoms. Of course, this is something that would have to be completely disclosed to potential buyers.
When are you planning on selling the kits? I would make sure they have been monitored and shown no signs of illness for a couple weeks before thinking about selling them.
Some breeders cull all their rabbits that show repeated sneezing or any other sign of illness. They believe it's a sign of a weak immune system which could be passed on to the rabbit's offspring.

I'll check out VetRx, too. Do you know if they sell it at Tractor Supply Co., or Southern States?

I'm planning on selling them in 2-3 weeks -- when they're 7 or 8 weeks old.

I have another question -- how do rabbits get snuffles? I bought this doe, along with a buck, from a lady who had gotten them from a breeder. If they do turn out to have snuffles, do you think that they had it when I bought them? They haven't been exposed to rabbits besides my own, which have never had any of these symptoms that I can remember.
The buck hasn't been exhibiting symptoms either, I don't think.

Oh, one more thing -- how much ACV would you say to use in x amount of water? Right now they have a 20 oz water bottle.

2 table spoons for a gallon of water. I just use a old gallon tea jug, rinsed out and keep it in the fridge and fill their waterer up with it
