Is This Something That Can Be Corrected or Does It Need To Be Culled?

SO GLAD she pulled through! honestly i was very very worried

Is this a sign that she is going to be a weak chicken or should she be as fit as the rest of them. I think she was the second hatched.

It was asked earlier about the litter she was on. They are on shredded paper covered with cloth hardware. She was like this from hatch though.
