Is this something to worry about?

19 week cockerel suddenly came down with this spot. Leghorns being leghorns, they fight almost all the time. Could this be something due to injury? He’s been isolated for a few days. I’ve been monitoring him but I see no issues as far as health or behavior. Please let me know if I should put him back with the flock. I feel bad isolating him.

Since it’s on the inside of the wattle, it’s not a surprise you didn’t spot it when it happened, but it looks like a partly-healed injury. I’d put some vetrycirn or bacitracin on it to help.
If your sure it’s not an injury, it may be fowl pox. Can you get a new photo? @MGG and @casportpony can check out the new photo to see if it’s fowl pox, because I’m not sure.

Yeah, that’s definitely just a peck wound. Maybe you can get a couple rooster blinders so that they don’t fight. I’ll post a pic.
