Is this Splayed Leg?

I have a call duckling that hatched out last night, from a incubator, and noticed the ducklings legs are separated slightly, as they walk/run, it is still very young, and they are currently on straw, should I attempt fixing, or should I allow the duckling more practice walking band exploring? He does kind of straight them when he runs, he when he slows down he splits again..

I probably would strap them for a few days just to be safe.
