Is this the beginning of angel wing at 9 weeks?

upon closer inspection today we have discovered that Winston is not using his left wing that is drooping and he isn't happy about having it manipulated. didn't seen any evidence of blood on him after the fox attack, but perhaps we weren't looking closely at the other ducks either. should I just tape it up? we discussed something like a T-shirt sleeve slid over him or something but wonder how that would work in the pool. we were reading about clipping feathers to release some weight on the wing, not sure I feel qualified but if I were how would I do it?

Idk how to best treat a wing injury, hopefuly someone will pipe up.

This is what I do for wing injuries, take the bandage off every week or so to let her exercise the mucsles.
