Is this the beginning of angel wing at 9 weeks?

I've had angle wing only once and it was a bird that ate mostly grass instead of starter. I don't buy the protein theory, and your duck just looks like it's getting bloodfeathers to me but a pic from behind would help.

He’s a very uncooperative subject, but I did my best tonight he’s able to hikenit up and when I try to get behind him he tucks it up where it belongs as he waddled away it droops

Angel wing the wing would be sticking out like a hitch hikers thumb I don’t see it. I see a wing hanging on the left side is this duck just now growing in its flight feathers? And does he pick up the wing and get it situated then it drops again the adjusting again. Could possibly be an injury can he flap this wing like the other one?

he hikes it up when he gets his dander up, when he is concentrating on something else it droops, it could be an injury, but I don't find anything on him and other than the fox, I don't know of what could have happened. as far as I have noticed he flaps them both, but I guess ill have to pay closer attention, im usually filling waterers and pools and feed so im not paying as much attention when they come outside and start flapping. I know the lawn is littered with white feather:lol: as bad as leaves in the fall. hes about 9-9.5 weeks ( we got him 9 weeks ago tomorrow) so I suppose they could be still coming in id have said he was as feathered as he was going to get but what do I know? thats why I ask so many dumb questions:D

Not dumb questions at all. If the feathers were still growing In you’d be able to see the quills the white sheath. Maybe he’s injured some how seem if the Fox got hold of him he’d have bite marks maybe trying to get away he hurt it? If it keeps dropping you can always wrap like its angel wing and see if that helps after 3-4 days
