Is this toxic?

I sprayed a coop I'm in the process of building with Terro spider killer with pyrethrins and deltamethrin. It will be 3 weeks before they move in and it will certainly be dry by then. My concern is some of the aerosol may have landed on the grass and im worried they will ingest it. Is this poisonous after 3 weeks and should I remove the grass before they move in?

Chickens eat spiders. I wouldn't spray their coop with poison to remove bugs at all, personally
They haven't moved in yet. I'm building it so the spray was for me because I'm terrified of spiders. Should I pressure wash it before they move in? The guidelines state after 24 hours the spray is safe for pets but I'm not sure about chickens.

Welcome to BYC. Your chickens will be fine and could go in now.
