Is this unabsorbed yolk?

I'm keeping it dark so no one bothers it. Everyone settles down and rests when the lights are off.

That would be my guess, whatever it is hopefully it dries up and doesn’t cause issues. Just don’t mess with it until it is dry!
 
Update: chick looked worse in the incubator. Seemed he was fading fast. No change on the yolk sac. I put him with his hatch mates in the brooder and he started to perk up. Eating and drinking like a pro and the yolk fixed itself.
