Is this what I think it is........?

My DD and I got our first chicks today and they were suppose to be 5 BKSL and 5 EE's . I think one is a white leghorn.

If its an extra then your probably right. IF not, EE's do come in pure white. Its kinda early to tell, but post pics in about a week or 2 and I can help. They're kinda cute and are great layers if thats any consultation.

It sure does look like my white leghorn (Henny Penny) but is it really early to tell.

Thank you both so much for answering me. It wasn't a extra chick because it came out of the all EE's brooder that have there. I was just wondering because of the different color of legs (pink with a little yellow) and the white feathers.

I'll post updates in a few weeks.

I think leghorns are yellow chicks.... and, I think I see a muff and beard on that chick in the second picture.

Probably an easter egger, but I could be wrong. You need to inspect the little thing really close and check for a muff and beard.

Yeah, My leghorn (Ideal 236's) were more YELLOW as little babies... not that creamy color.
I don't think thats a leghorn.

I hope it is an EE. I have a mixed colored mostly white one and she is GORGEOUS! I think if she turned out like that, you would be most proud of your little EE.

It has these cute looking puffy cheeks but thats all I can tell.

I wish someone had a picture of a white EE baby chick or leghorn I could compare it too. If you know a good site with pictures PLEASE post it here.
