Is this what they call a splash ameraucana rooster?

    I wouldn't call him splash, but he's kinda-sorta splash with a lot of leakage. Splash should be an even light misty grey with random darker flecks. Not sure if I have a pic right off...

    some splash birds. I think the splashes here are cockerels and the blue is a pullet.

    So if he's not a true ameraucana I guess the other birds I got with him won't be either? The ladies just started laying. Blue eggs, some seem a bit more green.

    I agree, post pics. This can be a tricky area, a lot of it rides on what color the hens are, the color of the legs and skin, the type of comb, etc.
