Is this worms?

I have a hen that recently has been getting a dirty bottom. The poop stuck to her bum is all watery and green. I smelled her bottom and it didn't really stink but she pooped a bit later and there was almost like thread strings in her watery poop. We've been giving them DE and apple cider vinegar. Is it a sign of worms?

Her poop is actually better then it was yesterday. It wasn't watery at all.

But there is red in it, and too much mucus. If she were mine I would deworm her and treat for coccidiosis.

Ok. How would you do that? Sorry, I'm a bit new to the worm world. We have SafeGuard. Would that work the same?
