The amounts I have used have beenadvised to use in the past are:

• 10mg/kg twice a day for five days. For a three pound bird that would mean 0.14 ml twice a day.
• 15mg/kg once a day for five days. For a three pound bird that would mean 0.2ml once a day.
• 20mg/kg once a day for five days. For a three pound bird that would mean 0.28 ml twice a day.

Someone in the peafowl forum was just advised by their vet to use 15mg/kg orally twice a day... that is the most I have read about someone actually using, though it's still in the range of normal according to the books I have.

This morning she pooped on me and it was pure Kaytee baby food. Why is that? Not digesting?
