Is Tylan safe for 10 week old chicks?

My coop is going through a bought of some kind of respiratory illness. Sneezing and wheezing a bit. The big hens are getting Tylan water, but is it safe for me to give Tylan to baby chicks? They are 10 weeks old and I've noticed them sneezing as well.

They are not baby chicks at 10 weeks. They are now pullets and will be fine getting the Tylan.
