is watery poo ever normal?

Hi, our chickens seem perfectly happy and healthy otherwise, but have just recently started pooing a very watery consistency. They are probably eating more greens than usual as we have just moved the coop to a grassier patch. Before that they were just eating pellets. They are 12-14weeks old. Should I be worried? Thanks in advance for any advice or input you have.
