Is white and red feathering exclusive to roos?

I have 2 “olive eggers” (who knows if that’s what these even are) that are looking more cockerel than pullet. I posted about the barred one there and everyone said roo. Then someone chimed in and said the white and multicolored one is also a roo because white and red is exclusive to males. Is this accurate? I figured since they’re mutts they can be any color combination. Thanks!
Could you get closeup pictures of the saddle feathers and comb? Just to confirm.

Oh, yeah, I see the pointed feathers now. He is very unique, it would be interesting if he kept that coloring into adulthood.
I’m interested too! Maybe it will take some time for this ones comb to get darker and big! He’s definitely one I will be keeping around.
