I was really hoping they are all pullets as I ordered but one has pure yellow legs and a sights more prominent comb. I heard yellow legs are usually boys, is this true?

Four weeks weds. I don’t have any room for cockerels I gotta try and Id em as young as I can. I already have 3/15 suspected and now the one is tripping me up.

Actually looking around again today seems like these three are likely my only cockerels unless one of the RIR ends up one. These are black australorp. So pink already and two of them were marked with red on their chins at delivery and were extras. The third I’m not sure about but it’s a loner and pecks a lot but does have a pinker comb than the others too.

Last two are likely pullets. Update with new pics of everyone at 6 weeks.

Sorry, the last two are the same one with many views. I just don't think its a pullet because what you cant see very well is that the legs are HUGE this is by far the largest chick I have in the brooder coop. the comb is NOT as pink but the size alone like feet are massive is making me seriously suss. Maybe she will be A BIG BA Mama!

I will do a big update post on my baby chick thread in a few weeks of all 15.
