Is yellow legs always cockerel for barred rocks?

Leg size doesn't really correlate to gender. I have a Barred Rock pullet and an Easter Egger pullet that both had/have monster dinosaur legs right out of the gate, but they're definitely girls. :)
 
Here in better lighting you can see the pink coming through at the bottom of the face too now. I wouldn’t be too upset if this ends up being my only cockerel from the expected girls I just have to keep an eye on it.

I think this one is a cockerel. Looks like way too much comb at that age to me.
