Is your cat guilty of hit and runs?

Whatever happened to a little privacy?

I have not one, not two, but FIVE of them that trip me every time I make any kind of move in the direction of a food bowl.

I spend a lot of time flailing my arms and cussing.

I once found a black kitten in the middle of the everglades. We took her, Spooky, home with us to NC. That cat kept growing and growing to the point where my vet suggested that she wasn't 100% domestic cat.

Anyhow, we had to make sure we closed the bathroom tight if one of us was showering. Spook would jump in the shower with us. That cat loved water and swimming.

My kitten's highlight of the week is when we make the bed. She likes to get RIGHT under the fitted sheet and stays there, on her back with paws in the air, for 10 minutes. She just loves irritating us.. She does the hit and run thing when we are headed to the kitchen, but she is so small it's not a big deal. The most annoying thing is that she likes to do laps around the house, jumping on all the couches in her path. God forbid if I am napping on the couch. She will land smack on my face/chest/more sensitive areas

I could honestly go on for hours about her bad behaviour. Don't get me started on her attempted escapes for outdoors

She is NOT an outdoor cat. She is fearless. I blame this on her foster mother because she was raised by hand from the moment she was born (no siblings or parents).

Good thing she's cute, because that's all she has keeping her here!

She is going on 7 months (she was about 4 months old in this picture) - but it seems like we've been putting up with this horrible kitten for years! I have never loved/hated an animal equally before. Now I do. I just hope she isn't this hyper full grown.

My cat also like to check me out in the bathroom too. Rubs my legs when I am sitting on the throne. If you take a shower, she would be sitting on the ledge of the bathtub watching the water splashing out of the shower curtain. Then she would rush in to lick the water off the tub walls. Ewwwwwww!

Does any of you have cats that drink out of the oddest places? Toliets? Bathtubs? Even the drain from the washer....ewwww! I am surprised that she has not been poisoned by the rinse water from the washer. I guess only a matter of time. Can't they tell the water probably tasted soapy or funky? After all, she got FRESH water!

My cats line up to lick the bottom of the shower after we're done. Ick, ick, ick!

We used to have a cat that would sit on the seat in the shower with you while you showered. He was quite a character. The water didn't seem to bother him at all, but then he had an immensely long and thick coat.

It's where you shuffle along without raising your feet to avoid stepping on a stingray (or Legos, cats, army men, jacks) and getting stung.
