Right, now this is getting silly.

It's playing as long as it's embedded on a forum post.

Been doing the same thing for me for the past 3 days. It was happening to my friend, she restarted her comp and it started working. I've restarted my comp, updated, updated java, updated flash and tried to send a bug report. Nothing.

Note the Https. When you put the S in there for the secure link, I believe it is, Youtube works. Geez, something went horribly wrong with Youtube's update. Lame on their part.
