Hi Fellow Chicken Lovers!
Does anyone in Northern California have an Isbar rooster they want to stud out??
We have 6 hens - 2 Isbars, 2 Swedish Flower Hens, 1 Wyandotte and 1 Rhode Island Red - but my husband and I just adore our Blue Isbar "V", short for "Velociraptor". She is by far the most intelligent, beautiful, friendly, elegant hen I have ever met! And she lays the most fantastic bright green eggs. She is 1.5 years old and we would love to make more little V's before she slows laying.
I've never done this before, but I assume we could just bring her for a little romantic getaway with your rooster and that would do the trick? We'd of course share the chicks with you if you would like!
