New photo of my 2 week old Isbar, Nemo, that I hatched on 1-4. Cute little splash. Hoping for a pullet!

I'm really interested in getting some isbar eggs but want some more info. Are they a dual purpose bird? Maybe they are too valuable to eat. What size are the eggs? Generally, what are their personality traits?
