ISO Speckled Sussex pullets

Hi there,

I am located in Northern Indiana. Does anyone know of anyone local sellers within a 60 miles radius of LaPorte, IN with speckled sussex pullet chicks? Even possibly Indianapolis/Lafayette area would work as I have friends there that I could meet up with to pick them up!

I have a small flock of 6 pullets and would like to only add 2-4 more chicks so ordering online from a hatchery isn't really an option. I don't really want to pay for the $50 plus for shipping for 2-4 chicks.

Cackle Hatchery sells them in a small order of 3 special if all else fails.

I hope too! I found a local feed store that can order me some but they are straight run and I really would like just pullets. I am worried about my chances of actually getting pullets.
