I know this is totally no help to you, but the last time someone was looking for wood ducks, they found them in upstate New York somewhere.

Mallard Lane Farms is a great place. I bought my Wood Ducks and Mandarins from them 2 years ago. They ship them very nicely and they are currently taking orders now for shipments in October. They send juveniles so the coming spring they should start laying. I sold all my poultry because I just moved into a new house that couldn't house my poultry properly.

Zimm's Waterfowl sells them. I've dealt with him before and he's great. $80 a pair, and they also sell silvers, which are just stunning.

You do have to have paperwork to keep them though because they are a native species, and another permit if you plan to sell.
