Issue with chicks legs

This little guy hatched 2 days late and wasn't positioned correctly and came out the wrong end. Immediately he had issues with his legs, he's in a separate box with a light towel on the bottom and just flops over. I hobbled his legs with a little vet wrap thinking it was possibly splay leg but I don't think so. He had the hobbles on for over 24 hours but it looks worse now, would splints help instead? Is this something he could possibly come back from or would culling be the more humane thing? I hate to see him suffer and I don't want him to have a painful life. I thought I treated it right away bur I'm thinking the hobbles did more harm than good. Sorry my picture quality isn't great, my phone is junk. His legs kind of curl inwards.

Initially it was the right leg, he holds it close to his body now but now his left one looks off too. Which may have been my fault from hobbling him

Am I seeing two slipped tendons? Is the right leg splayed as well, or is it normal? If it was one slipped tendon, than if treatment doesn't work the bird still has a chance at a normal life if they can adapt to one leg, but I'm not sure about two. Thats a tough one. Slipped tendon is not easy to treat, but it can be treated. Here's a thread about my attempt with a slipped tendon chick. Looks like slipped tendon. But it's in advanced stage. It's best treated within 24rs, or it can't be fixed.

His left leg was totally fine when he hatched but like I said I think my attempt at hobbling ultimately made things worse. Now his second leg doesn't look great. Thank you for the information
