Just need to confirm that at least some the people having issues when using browsers other than Safari uploaded attachments attachments which yielded the "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action" error.

It'd be quite helpful to know if the "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action" error is exclusive to attachments uploaded using Safari, or if it's happened to attachments uploaded using any other browser(s).

Poor internet speed (especially poor upload speed) can cause uploads to fail, but I have a feeling that something else is behind the permission errors. Unfortunately I'm still unsure as to what is actually causing the errors, though.

We have a network emulator, so if you need us to, we can set it up and test just about any speed issue.
