Investigating Issues Uploading Screenshots

Here, I just did a quick screen recording of what is happening, including the "parsing respond failed" message:

(Something strange, is after that message and the image disappeared, it looked like something was there for a moment, which I hadn't seen before.)

Every time my images came up is when I had clicked "Drop Image" box, and I was clicking on the screenshot (that eventually did upload) each time, and my images left like they should when the screenshot should have been uploading.

In case it helps, I've been getting the "parsing response failed" message after it looks like an image is loading for a while now, on & off. It happens with all images, not just screenshots, in both Chrome and Firefox browsers on an android phone. Seems to be more likely to happen when my connection is slow, but not enough of a correlation that I could say that's definitely the cause. Refreshing the page and making sure to let it completely finish loading before I try to do anything generally fixes the problem, but sometimes it takes several tries.

Great details & info, thanks!

@Lacy Duckwing
I have issues with all photos. Not just the screenshots. It’s not all the time, but about 50% of the time. Late evenings it’s seems worse than during the day.

I looked into it a month or maybe a bit longer ago if there were general connection problem. I found that the connection between Amsterdam region and a part of the US (LA Silicone-valley)
Was disturbed. It seems the bad connection isnt resolved. Troubles still go on. Maybe its because of all the data centres using too much energy or something else. I don’t know. If stay within Europe with online activities, there are no problems.

How?
I use an iPhone most of the time.
I click on photo icon and a screen to upload pops up. Next I add a photo from my library. ……… (fail screenshots often at at 90-100% photo’s at 50-70%)
I tried to add a few screenshots to show what happens. But at the moment I can’t.

I remembered it had to do with Cloudfare (security).

This graph shows an overview of problem reports submitted over the past 24 hours, compared to the typical volume of reports by time of day. It's common for some problems to be reported throughout the day. Allestoringen only reports an incident when the number of problem reports is significantly higher than the typical volume for that time of day.
