It’s been a full 24 hours since this egg pipped. I can see and hear the chick but the membrane looks dry. Should I wait or help?

I’d wait for now. In a few more hours if it still hasn’t made any progress then I would help it. Most of the time they cry out and get really loud if they need any help.
