Here is a picture of my pallet wood coop I will be adding a 10’ long run to front ( my wife wants me to keep them in our house ) but that’s not fair to the chickens

Welcome. So the State of California is permitted to come onto your property and kill your chickens, even if they do not have NCD?

Seems that way my friend had 30 chickens they actually went on his property cut his lock from his gate, got into his property and they were euthanizing his chickens when he came home there was some type of officer there as well

Not certain, but I think it is federally mandated.
