Well I'm currently in trouble because I bought treats with sunflower seeds in them. All of my babies are mad but my new roo Romeo is particularly enraged. He wont come to me and snuggle. If I got him a whole collection he just might forgive me.

This is Golden Girl, and she is about the same size as a pigeon! She is 3 years old.

She started setting, and since I did not have a rooster at the time, her eggs were not going to hatch.

A friend of mine gave me 6 eggs to put under her, and before you know it, she finally had her own "children" and it made her so happy!

Awesome! We have 18 Australorps in a brooder, 13 8-week-old cream leg bars (12 girls and a boy). We also have 3 point of lay pullets (2 Australorps and 1 Amerecauna). The only ones that have names are Sweetie (our Amerecauna), Bonsai and Munchkin (our Point of Lay Australorps), and Bubo (our baby boy). One of the girl Cream Leg Bars will be named Robin.

We had gotten four buff Orpington and two black sexlinks as chicks. We are first time hen owners. We named them all after our favorite chicken; nugget, dumpling, fajita, taco, Marsala, and one Judy (big booty Judy since she was so big). Well, five months in, we had to do a renaming! Judy was really Jerald, a rooster! They’re happy girls, come running for treats when I call “buk -girls”! They’d love these treats!
