Yes, I will believe it because I have one who talks just like that, too! Kes is a pointer/yellow lab mix and she's quite talkative in the mornings. Sounds just like Scooby!

She's beautiful! We have one who talks like Scooby Doo too. He's a chocolate lab/dobie mix. His first owner named him Obi Wan Kenobi and shortened it to Kobi. Here he goes by Kobi or Kobi Doo.

I just yell, "KES!" in a very stern voice and she pretty much crumples because she's quite the sensitive soul. Doesn't really require much yelling except for the occasional chicken poop snack she tries to sneak. Ick.

My family raised AKC Dobermans when I was a kid-love the breed! I think they'd make pretty good chicken dogs, not a really strong prey drive, I'd say.​
