It is past 28 days and my turkey eggs have not hatched, should I give it another few days?

Not sure what went wrong but my turkey eggs have not hatched, I have not yet open the incubator to see what went wrong I do not want to risk shrink wrapping anything that is possibly in the egg, should I leave it for another day or 2...

Open the incubator. Take one egg out and candle it in a dark room.
Post a clear picture of the egg being candled.

If there are no pips, the eggs won't develop shrink wrapping. Did you candle at any time to check for development?

Yes on day 25, there was a black mass, the embryo was growing like normal from the first day.
