Congrats! They are so cute my ameraucana slpash that I have now was very light blue when she hatched but as she started to feather she got some dark blue splashes thrown in. I will have to get a picture of her.

I would say a definite Blue. I wish I could hatch a black cockeral. The last chicks which was three that hatched about 2 1/2 months ago was black 2 blue 1 and all are pullets. Even the RIR that hatched is a pullet. I haven't hatched a black cockeral yet or a splash pullet but other that I sent eggs to have.

It's the most beautiful shade of silvery blue! Its feet are pink right now. Wonder if they'll change some. Julie this is your great-grandchick from Mr. Suede and Velvet.
