I had a chick hatch today under a broody hen, I went to check on them and seen what looks like its whole stomach outside of the chick...Its still alive and looking like its really trying to stay with us...but its really yellowy orange color, and I can see veins..What is this and what can I do to help this little one??? I took it out from under mama because she was pecking at it badly

I have it under a heat lamp now...Feathers are all dry and its been out since about 3 1/2 hours! Please help

Awww, poor lil' thing! It could be that this chick didn't fully absorb its yolk before hatching. That's what gives it nourishment for its first day or two of life. I do not know if it will now reabsorb it and go on to thrive & grow, or if it will die on its own, or if you'll need to help it to cross to The Other Side Of The Road. Not every chick is meant to stay, it's a sad reality of Nature. Maybe someone else who has had experience with a chick like this can offer more advice & hope. Otherwise, check out the threads that recommend methods of humane euthanasia for chicks.

I'm sorry.
