Granny's gone and done it again

Haha I'm sorry!
Here it is!

Homemade Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Serves: 4-6
  • 2½ cups milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ¼-1/2 cup real maple syrup or sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 TBS of butter
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together milk, egg yolks, sugar, cocoa powder, corn startch, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, whisking/stirring CONSTANTLY until pudding begins to thicken.
  3. Stir over the heat for about 15 more seconds.
  4. Remove immediately from the heat, and continue to stir until pudding is creamy.
  5. Add vanilla and butter continue to stir until mixed.
  6. Pour into serving dishes and serve warm, or chill for two hours and serve cold.
This looks really good! I'll have to try it soon. Pudding is the only way I can get Pa to eat/drink milk.

Good evening Granny Land! I have missed all of you today. We left the house at 9:30 this morning and got back 4:00. Just in time to do chores. I fixed us a BLT for supper so no dishes to be done tonight.
BBH be careful with that 3 legged walker! They are the worst for getting off balance and tripping you. My MIL had one that the front leg dropped into a hole in the side walk and she fell over the front onto her face! She was not badly hurt (more a dignity thing than injury) but she did bloody her nose and bruised her forehead. The 3-wheeled ones are worse than the ones without wheels.
Granny, I hope Nancy's S.O. is OK. Do you have to go out in the storm tomorrow or can you reschedule?

I have to be there Wednesday early like 8:30 and its a hour drive. Nancy was coming tomorrow to spend the night as she lives about a hour from me the other way.
Where you been all day? I don't think Ive ever seen a 3 wheeled walker?

Iris, I do not have a three-legged walker! Just a regular, standard, normal average old-fashioned walker with two little wheels in front and two tennis balls on the back legs. It was my MIL's before me and possibly her husband's back in the 90's. Nothing fancy about it.

they don't look safe.
