R2elk, You suggested If I do not get emails from this forum...
to type Backyardchickens.com in across the bar. Sorry, but
this brings me to the Raising Chickens Thread. It did not work.
If you are on a computer, once you are at the Raising Chickens thread, click on Watched in the bottom part of the header. That will take you to your watched threads where you will be able to find all of your watched threads including this one.

THANK YOU. I think it worked......ha ha. A grateful Aria

This one:

1 stick butter
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup baking coco
1/2 cup milk

Boil 3 min

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Stir well spoon onto waxed paper
Thank you! and thank R2elk for the variation of the recipe. I will be making some of these soon.

If I make No Bake cookies again, I might stick a thermometer in it and see what the temperature is. And then pay attention to how they set up.

Don't really need the sugar either, but we don't have any sweets in the house at the moment. :hmm
We put them in the refrigerator for them to set up.

I would use butter and not oleo.

I haven't bought oleo in decades. I don't buy the premium butters, just the store brand, but it has to be butter.
There really is a difference in the quality of different butters. I use Land O Lakes or High Desert. I only buy it when it is on sale and store the unopened packages in the freezer.
